Single tube cooling machine
Single tube cooling machine is used to cool the clinker out from the rotary kiln and recyle the hyperthermia heat carried by heat clinker, so as to enhance the temperture at the time of secondary kilning. In additon, the rapid cooling of hyperthermia heat will help to improve the quality and grinderbility of materials.
Single tube cooler cools the materials on basis of nagative pressure inside the kiln, thus there is no need dealing with remaining dust air.
Characteristics:
1. simple structure, conveninent operation and maintenance and high rate of running
2. slight pollution to environment, using equipped with rotary, widely used in building material, metallurgical and chemical industry.
Main standard as follows:
Feeding temperture : 1300℃
Discharging temperture: ≤180℃
Secondary air temperture : 800～900℃
Efficiency of heat: >65%
Tube material: 16Mn thickness:16mm
